for an event at Kodak Center that they are no longer willing or able to attend due to the current health and safety policy in place. Refund requests are accepted up to 14 days before the event date (some exceptions may apply) and may take up to 30 days to process. If you do not see your event in the dropdown menu, we are not yet accepting refund requests.Please note: This form is to request a refund for the VIP upgrade ONLY. You must also request a refund for your standard event tickets using the “Request a Refund” link in your Ticketmaster account online.
