This form is for customers who purchased tickets for an event at Kodak Center that they are no longer willing or able to attend due to the current health and safety policy in place. Refund requests are accepted up to 14 days before the event date (some exceptions may apply) and may take up to 30 days to process. If you do not see your event in the dropdown menu, we are not accepting refund requests.
