Kodak Center is located at 200 West Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14615.

There is a short-term parking loop next to the building for quick stops, but ample parking is conveniently located across the street for visits longer than 15 minutes. Handicap parking is available in all parking lots. Parking is free on non-event days, but there may be a $10 cash charge for events.

The Box Office on site at Kodak Center for all Ticketmaster shows is currently CLOSED until further notice.

The Visitor Center is free and open to the public Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The Kodak Center Café and Gift Shop is currently CLOSED until further notice.
