Theater Seating Chart

Our art deco ‘main stage,’ Kodak Center Theater was built in 1958 with 1,968 comfortable seats plus a wheelchair section with 10 spaces.

In September 2025, we added 44 pit seats and renamed the theater sections for clarity. However, events that went on sale prior to this change still follow the original seating chart. Please scroll to the chart below that is accurate for your event.

PLEASE NOTE: Theater seats are assigned odd numbers on house right (1-43); evens on house left (2-42); and consecutive numbers in the middle section (101-114). The Theater sections also split between adjacent seats. Therefore, you may have two seats together that do not have the same section or consecutive seat numbers.
