Purchase Policy

Ticket Terms of Use

The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item described, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. Purchase of tickets by a third party is not authorized and carries a risk of being fraudulent. Event reserves the right to require photo ID for entry. Tickets are a revocable license to fulfill items, entry, or services. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and so are void. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and after this event. You agree to release the organization, facility, participants, Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents.

Children’s Ticket Policy:
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our events. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The child ticket policy varies per event, but generally tickets must be purchased for any child age 2 years and older attending a performance, and children must be seated with a parent or guardian. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket to sit on an adult's lap. Please refer to the specific event listing on the Kodak Center Shows page for age/maturity and ticketing requirements as it varies per event.

Booster seats for children are available free of charge for patron use at every event. Please ask an usher for assistance.

Duplicate Tickets:
Kodak Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If tickets are lost or stolen, please call (585-254-0181) or email (info@kodakcenter.com) Kodak Center.

Ticketmaster is the authorized ticketing agent for most events at Kodak Center, unless otherwise specified. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Refund/Exchange Policy:
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at Kodak Center that are held as scheduled. You can list and sell tickets via Ticketmaster's Fan-to-Fan Resale platform for most events.

In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, Kodak Center will announce policies and procedures at that time.

Please note: Ticket prices are always subject to change, and artists/promoters/venues occasionally offer specials after the original on-sale date. There are no refunds for tickets purchased prior to a special offer announcement.
