Kodak Center is located at 200 West Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14615.

There is a short-term parking lot next to the building, but ample parking is conveniently located across the street for visits longer than 30 minutes. Handicap parking is available in all parking lots. Parking is free on non-event days, but there may be a $10 cash charge for events.

Hours

The Box Office on site at Kodak Center for all Ticketmaster shows is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The Visitor Center and Gallery are free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The Gift Shop is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and during select events.
